Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver locally and can arrange transport further afield. We work with a network of local hauliers who can transport anything from 1 tonne to 20 tonne loads, as well as operate our own Hi-Ab block lorry for block and bulk bag deliveries.

Do you serve the general public?

Yes, we serve both trade customers and the general public. You can visit our site nestled amongst the Clay Pits to take a look at what we have in stock and we will be happy to help with your project. 

Do you take builders' rubble?

Yes, we are a permitted waste acceptance site which can take builders rubble, broken blocks and concrete. All inert waste must be clean and free from contamination and be transported with a Duty of Care / Waste Transfer Note.

When arriving at our yard, please drive onto the weighbridge and visit our office for your load to be inspected and weights/paperwork taken prior to any disposal.

We then use your waste and recycle into secondary aggregate to sell to the market as a certified recycled 6F5 and 803/Type 1. 

How much is it to dispose of hardcore builders rubble?

We charge £15 per tonne plus VAT, with a minimum charge of one tonne. 

What do you sell?

We sell a wide range of aggregates and sands as well as concrete blocks. Our aggregates and sands can be purchased loose, in bulk bags or in small 25kg bags.

We also have a range of decorative chippings and can order in bespoke decorative aggregate or construction materials in many cases, we are always happy to assist with projects.

We also stock some building products such as cement, lime and mortar.  

Do you take cash?

Yes, we accept payment by cash, card or bank transfer. 

What time are you open?

We are open from 7am and final loads are 4:50pm, Monday to Friday.
